1. General Agreement By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws in India.
2. Service Provision
- All fire safety installations are carried out as per the National Building Code (NBC) and local fire safety norms.
- The effectiveness of fire suppression systems depends on proper site conditions provided by the client.
3. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- AMC services cover periodic inspections as scheduled in the contract.
- Any spare parts or refilling required during AMC visits will be charged extra unless specified in a comprehensive contract.
- The client must provide our technicians access to the equipment during scheduled visits.
4. Payment and Billing
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Payments must be made as per the schedule mentioned in the proforma invoice.
- GST (33CULPV0064L1Z8) will be applied as per government regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability VAP FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENTS provides life-saving infrastructure; however, we are not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from:
- Failure of the client to perform daily safety checks.
- Unauthorized tampering or repairs by third-party technicians.
- Use of equipment beyond its expiry or “Next Service Due” date.
6. Legal Jurisdiction All legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
