By accessing our website and engaging our services (Installation, AMC, Refilling, or Training), you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Technical Accuracy: All fire protection systems are designed based on current Indian Standards (IS) and the National Building Code (NBC).
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify service specifications to meet updated government safety regulations without prior notice.
3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
- Access: The client must provide safe and unobstructed access to fire extinguishers, hydrants, and alarm panels during scheduled maintenance.
- Documentation: For Fire NOC services, the client is responsible for providing accurate building blueprints and previous safety certificates.
- Unauthorized Alterations: VAP Fire Safety is not liable for system failures if any equipment is moved, repaired, or tampered with by an unauthorized third party.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All website content, custom-designed fire evacuation plans, and training materials provided by us are the intellectual property of VAP FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENTS. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY VAP FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of property or business interruption) resulting from fire incidents where the client has failed to adhere to the recommended maintenance or refilling schedules.
