REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellations

  • Equipment Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once equipment (like hydrants or panels) is dispatched, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Service Appointments: Cancellation of site visits or training sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Refund Policy

  • Product Returns: Refunds are only applicable for manufacturing defects in fire extinguishers or sensors, subject to inspection.
  • Completed Services: No refunds will be issued for completed installations, safety audits, or safety training sessions.
  • AMC Refunds: If a client chooses to terminate an AMC early, a pro-rata refund may be issued for the remaining unused months, minus an administrative fee.

3. Process for Refunds Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
